 Pictured Below are Lynn Wolters, and Neil Williams of

          LC Islands Association measuring the turbidity

          at a test site.  The alternate black and white strips

        on the disk Neal is holding, when inserted to various

     depths, gives an indication of how "clear" the water looks.
